Chromachameleons sells CB chameleons with a 7 day health guarantee, when picked up, delivered or shipped via Air Canada Cargo, unless specifically stated otherwise. Air Canada Cargo shipments require the buyer to pick up within 4 hours of availability at the Air Canada Cargo office at the destination airport or the health guarantee is voided. Shipment will occur on a mutually agreeable date and time.

Expo and show sales provide no health guarantee.

Chromachameleons guarantees the sex of our chameleons. If the sex is incorrect, a refund or exchange will be exercised at our discretion. Chromachameleons limits its liability to the cost of the chameleon and shipping. Chromachameleons is not responsible for veterinary expenses.

Claims for DOA (dead on arrival) or death within the 7 day health guarantee period requires an immediate confirmed contact within 24 hours. An email and phone call are expected. The dead chameleon is required to be available for scrutiny, if need be.

Concerns regarding the chameleon’s health are to be communicated to Chromachameleons within 24 hours by email and phone call.

Chromachameleons reserves the right to refuse sales to anyone.

Chromachameleons does not ship outside of Canada.

Visits to our facility are not available.
